This is a very nice hotel, overall. The young lady at the checkin counter was wonderful. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and a nice restaurant on site. There was an event (Kenya celebration?) which made parking a little tight, but not terrible. The rooms are a little tired, but not bad. With a little TLC and room refreshing, it's 5 stars all day long!

Due to a power outage there was no air conditioning during a very hot day. I wanted to only rent a room for the night or about 10 hours. I was told $169 was the rate. I was then charged $240. The shade in the room was broken. Parking lot light leaked in and I barely slept. Awful hotel

This hotel has wonderful customer service every time I check in and out. The rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, the shower head is awesomely wonderful. I sleep for work during the day, and it is set up to be dark when needed, bonus! The only concern are the mini frigs are not cold and no little freezer in them.

Front desk staff was pleasant. No cookies at check-in. My room was booked, paid and confirmed thru Tickets at Work (a 3rd party)but wasn’t informed the transaction didn’t go thru until I went to checkin at 10pm and my name wasn’t in the system. Given the time of night…Would have nice for hotel to honor the failed booking price as I had proof of payment but was given complimentary waters instead (of which I am grateful for).

One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had at a hotel. We went to check in and they somehow didn’t have a room for us even though we had it reserved for 3-4 days in advanced. When I gave the front desk girl our last name, she said “Did you try to check in already…?” before telling us we didn’t have a room, which leads me to believe they gave our room away to someone else. Best of all, the manager was HIDING and left the 2 poor front desk girls to deal with it. We never spoke to management after being there for 30 minutes, she wouldn’t leave her office. Aren’t you supposed to, I don’t know, manage this situation? Nobody was any help whatsoever, we weren’t offered any compensation or any assistance in finding another hotel. They essentially left us stranded in a city we don’t live in. Not to mention, we were not the only ones who suddenly didn’t have rooms. There was another couple who was experiencing the SAME issue??? What kind of establishment are you running?

I stayed here during the state fair. This was one of the most enjoyable stays I've ever had! Totally recommended! They had a shuttle service for the fair and our driver, John, was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

Probably one of the worst hotels I've been to and I haven't even made it through an overnight. There was a stain on the bedsheets and it took two calls/complaints to get the sheets changed. The room is horribly run down and old. The walls are paper thin. I have to stay three nights and I'm not looking forward to it.
